purpose and determined by the long-term nature of data storage;<\/li><li>personal data is processed lawfully and fairly;<\/li><li>personal data is stored for the purposes of data processing and processed in accordance with legal requirements;<\/li><li>personal data is processed by the Company, the service-providing company, or the business entity providing the service, which have been granted such rights. The essence of the collaboration depends on the nature of the order or by duly authorized data processors. The Data Controller collects only the data necessary for the Company\u2019s operations.
